system wants the connection with remote address 224.0.0.22.
How to stop annoying myself?

Alexander,

This means that an application is trying to connect to the internet. To
identify the application, close all background programs one by one to track
down the culprit.

To disable the prompt altogether, disable the Remote Access AutoConnection
Manager service:

Right click the My computer icon
Open Manage/Services and Applications/Services.
In the right pane scroll down to Remote Accces Auto Connection Manager and
double click it.
Use the Startup type drop box and choose Disabled.
