message stuck in the outbox

I have a message that I tried to send, however, it did not go and is now
stuck in the outbox. I have tried right clicking on the message and deleting
it but it will not be deleteed.

Copy and paste the title of your question in Help for a complete answer. Go
to File, Work Offline, delete it.
