message stuck in Outlook 2003 limbo....

I composed a message to send to 7 contacts with about 6 .jpegs attached -
individually (the pictures that is).

I hit the send and it went to the draft folder for a while then it went to
the sent folder. Now, I can't open it (Outlook says is already in
transmission) and I can't delete it....won't go.

My outlook is now constipated with the stupid email. Others are getting in
and out but VERY VERY VERY slowly.

Please tell me how to delete this email or stop it. I have rebooted, dragged
and dropped but to no avail....will this eventually pass?

UPDATE!!! I checked previous threads and went to Work Offline and was able
to delete it. Halleluja!!!
Gotta love this community!!
