Message Stuck in OUTBOX

I recently tried to send a large power point file via my
hotmail account, through outlook 2003. The message would
not send and is now stuck in my outbox. I have tried
numerous deletings and it is still sitting there. I am
unable to send messages via outlook, due to the program
trying to send this message. Each time I open outlook,
the program tries to transmit this message. If I try to
open the message it says error cannot do this cause
outlook is transmitting message.

Any advice?

Yes, search this newsgroup for "stuck in outbox". You'll see the many
hundreds of other times this question has been asked and answered.
