I have a serious problem with the "create rule from
message" options. I've been receiving spam which includes
some porn and I cannot get rid of it. I have children
here and this is not acceptable. I've entered every
objectionable word that appears in the subject line, the
body etc. in order to have the emails deleted (following
the instructions to the letter) but some is still getting
thru. I'm at my wits end and am seriously thinking of
stopping outlook altogether if this cannot be rectified.

Outlook 2003 has a much improved junk mail filtering system than
previous versions of Outlook have had. But if you won't be able to
upgrade when Outlook 2003 is released (it's still in beta testing right
now), your best bet would probably be to invest in an anti-spam program
such as I Hate Spam or MailWasher (search Google for links to the
manufacturers of these programs). Also, you might find the following
