Message reminders not working in subfolders of INBOX

Flagged emails with a reminder work fine if they are in the inbox. If I move
them to a subfolder (not a pst file) they do not work. I am using outlook
2003 and working in cache? mode (mode where it downloads from the exchange
server locally to my computer every few seconds).

Any suggestions?

Reminders work only in the default folders. Subfolders are non-default
folders regardless of their parent folder. You can purchase add-ins that
will allow reminders in non-default folders.
