Message in outbox not sent if edited / opened

when I create new message / reply to / forward a message, and click the SEND
button the message is kept in the outbox until I click "Send Receive All" -
it works fine. But, if I edit the message again [after it was in the outbox]
or even just open the outbox folder - the message will not get transmitted
even after clicking "Send Receive All". The message just STAYS in the outbox
for ever!

What could be the problem, or what option config could I have done to cause
this problem. Thanks for all help.

Try switching from the Outbox back to the Inbox after you open and edit the
message. Then click Send.
