message don't can be delected from my outbox

I have a message (empty )in my outbox, that Ican't delected, or move for
other folder, what I do, please? the message don't be dislplayed ou
delected...when I try there are a message saying that:
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

Please, help me!

Try downloading and installing this fix, with Windows Mail shut down for
the install:

If you can't tell whether to use the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version,
try the 32-bit version first.

Although it was written for messages stuck in the Outbox, it also
works on other folders.

Note that many common antivirus programs, such as most of
those from Norton and McAfee, tend to keep on causing such
problems, although seldom immediately.
