Message details included in reply / forward

When replying (all) or forwarding etc. is there anyway to include the message
text but now the message details: From, Sent, To, and Subject.

Its mainly the 'To' that i'm interested in excluding, its for replying all
on emails with a large To list, with multiple people replying to all its
starts becoming annoying having all the email addresses list on every
response.

Using Outlook 2003.

Any ideas?
 
It's just text. Select what you don't want and press Delete. There is no
native option to exclude it.
