message creation failed

I'm trying to delete mail form my mail box but it keeps saying, "message
creation failed, your mail box is full." I currently can't receive any mail
or send any either. Could you pls help?

Sounds like your mailbox on the server is full.
Log in your webmail and delete emails from the online inbox.
If you need more help, who is your mail service provider?
