message - cannot delete file: cannot read the source file or disk

My Win2k Temporary Internet Files folder has many folders
with 0 kb files.
When I'm trying to delete these files I'm getting message:
"cannot delete file: cannot read the source file or disk."

Any ideas how to delete them?
Thanks.

Hi EugeneN,

Try deleting all Temporary Internet Files using Control Panel > Internet Options >
General [tab] > Temporary Internet files [section] > Delete Files... [button] >
Delete all offline content [option]. Then, if you still have the "0 kb files",
reboot your computer and then see if they are gone.

And if that does not help, try posting in one of them many Internet Explorer
newsgroups.
