Message Box removes the application reference from Alt+Tab List

Hi,
I am facing a problem with message box. I have a main
form and on the click event of a button in the form, i am
opening another form as a modal dialog. On this modal
dialog I am having a message box displayed when certain
condition is true.
When this message box is displayed, my applciation
reference disappears from the alt+Tab list.
Can anyone provide me a solution for this problem?

Try with modal dialog form property ShowInTaskbar = false.
