Merging Partitions

Hello, does anyone know if there is a way to merge two
partitions (on the same physical drive) in XP Pro, without
using a third party utility? Thanks.

There is no way, in any version of Windows. A third-party utility
is required.

The only way without 3rd party software would be to backup
the files you want to keep and then reformat the drive.
Drastic measure but it will merge the two partitions :-)
