Merging old outlook data with new

I purchased a new PC recently and my computer guy told me that because I
forgot my password he could not open my old outlook data and merge it with
the new outlook. Is this true? I just think there has to be a way around
this. People forget their passwords all the time. HELP! I would love to
speak to a real live person about this preferably one that speaks English.
 
Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be better off trying to find a newsgroup related to Outlook.
