I currently have 2 contact folders in my personal folders of Outlook 2003 and
I would like to know whether or not they can be combined into one folder and
if so, how is it accomplished?

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition.

Yes, just copy the items.

Thanks for the response however each time I attempt to copy the contacts in
Folder 2 to Folder 1, it creates a 3rd folder which contains exactly the same
entries from Folder 2. I'm trying to eliminate the need to toggle between
the two contact folders. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Yes. Read my reply and reread Sue's. We've both told you to copy the
contents, not the Folders.

I accomplished it. I was attempting to "Select All" and then "Copy to
Folder" but that wasn't working. I then "Select All" and once all were
highlighted, I dragged the highlight as a group over the primary contact
folder and that worked.

Thanks to all who responsed.
