Merging Microsoft Mail Contact information into Word 2007

Did you mean copy instead of "merge"?
Windows Contacts can be exported as a CSV file. You could rename that
file to a TXT document, or import it into Excel for further manipulation.
You can either import or paste a TXT file into Word.

Gary - I guess there isn't a way to access the contacts in MS Mail directly
in Word, I take it? Thanks for your help
 
Not that I know of. There is very little to no integration between
Windows Mail and any other Microsoft program.
