merging many documents

Is there a way to merge many documents at once. Rather than Insert, File,
one at a time, cause it doesn't appear to let you select many documets, or
does it?

Dew,
In the insert file dialog just select all the documents you want to insert
using the Ctrl-key. Then click on insert.

It doesn't let me select more than one document, even with teh control key
pressed down.
