Merging Groups of Cells in a Column

Hi,
I need to merge groups of multiple cells located in a single coulm
into single cells. The number of cells to be merged from each groupin
within the column are varied, but seperated by blank cells. IE...

Jones
Smith
Gray

Thompson
Linder
Garrabrant
Tony

Radomski
Welch

The results should look like this, with each line representing a singl
cell.

Jones, Smith, Gray
Thompson, Linder, Garrabrant, Tony
Radomski, Welch

The are over 1,300 gropus of names within the column. Thanks i
advance for any help.
