Merging Domains

My company recently restructured it's IT departments and domain structure. One domain is to remain as is and the other is to be merged with that domain. Is there anyway to accomplish this without typing in the domain info (users and objects) from the old domain to the new domain? Is there some type of merging utility that can perform this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Vicky.

386-DX,

While using ldifde is a very good way to go, it might be a better idea to
use ADMT - as per Matjaz's suggestion.
