merging a domain as a child domain for another domain

Hi,
I have two domains(from two separate forest), I need to merge the second one
as a child domain of the first one with evry security, groups and rights. I
know that ADMT can help, but with that you should go step by step moving
accounts, etc. is there any magic way to move the whole AD and merge it as a
child domain for another existing domain.

No, there isn't a quick and easy one click way to do it. ADMT (or
constructing a Domain from scratch is the way to go.
