I have 2 excel files that have exactly the same columns. File 1 contains
some rows that are not in file 2 and vice versa. How can I merge them into
one file that contains all the rows in both files. I guess what I am trying
to do is create a union of the 2 files

Suggest you copy columns from one file into the other then use one of several
different methods of extracting the unique items to one list.
