Merger from Access 2003 to Access 2007

In our company we have just merged to MS Office 2007, unfortunately we are
not able to use Access 2007, we have error messages which doe snot let us go
to Access 2007. We definitely need to go in it to use all our files that were
in Access 2003.

Anybody can help us ?

Are you able to give us the wording of the error messages, and details
of what you are doing when you get them?

Hi Steve,
messages rcvd are as below

"your microsoft office access database or project contains a missing or
broken ref to the file "utility.mda".
to ensure that yr db or projec works properly you must fix this ref.

then when we click : yes
we have another error msge saying : compile error. can't find project or
library.

Do you know what to do to solve this problem?
