Merged Cells

My brain is on meltdown. Please help! How do I add spacing to merged cells
with out holding down the space bar?

For example,

Title:

- Subject 1
- Subject 2
- Subject 3

Conclusion
 
If you're wanting to insert a line feed...
While editing the cell:

[ALT]+[ENTER]
