Merged cells

Hi
I have merged some cells and set the format to wrap the text.
I need to use these merged cells to enter some date in a memo format that
will allow new paragraphs with blank lines between them.

I cannot figure out a way to start a new sentence on a new line.. The merge
cells will not let me use the enter key to begin a new line. When I press
enter or tab, it takes me outof the merge cells.
Is there a way to achieve this some other way??

Just for the record though, merged cells are the spawn of the Devil, and can often cause
more problems than they solve. They give you all kind sof hassle if copying and pasting
ranges that include them, as well as other bugbears.

The only way I know is crude. Just use the spacebar until
you start where you want to be.

ALT+ENTER will force a line break within the cell itself.
