merge existing report into access database viewed as spreadsheet

Hi! We receive monthly reports from other companies and other resources, is
there a simple way to merge these reports into an access database? I'm
trying to find a simple way where I can have it broken into cells like an
excel spreadsheet? Thanks in advance!

What format are the reports coming in as (word, excel, pdf, snp, etc.). Are
they always in the same format?
