Merge Documents

Merging database fields into word document. The merge works fine ahd I save
each record into my folder. I can open it because I have the merge
information but when I e-mail to others they cannot open it. I there a
different way to save those merge documents so others can view them?

yes, you actually want to "execute" the merge to a standard word doc so that
NO merge fields remain.

Try using the above...it likey will do what you need.
