Merge data with Lebans RTF control?

The Lebans RTF control is really great! I will have many uses for this
little item. However the first use I could make of it involves merging
data from other fields. For instance, a typical mail merge capablity
such as

Dear [PersonName]

Text follows here with formatting and other bound fields such as
[InvoiceAmt] etc.

Any chance this is doable with the Lebans or any RTF control?

Thank you for responding. It's a great little control, many thanks for
offering it to us.

I'm thinking that it really might not be a suitable use for an RTF
control like this, to include data fields in the output. I think you'd
need to extend the control so that it had a design time interface etc.
But it'd be cool if anyone does have any clever ways to do this.
