MenuShowDelay value resets at every restart

I have tried to slow down the menu speed using Tweak UI
v.2.10 (under Mouse>Menu Speed). (This modifies
the "MenuShowDelay" value in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control
Panel\Desktop.) The modification works fine until I
reboot. Upon reboot, the "MenuShowDelay" value is always
restored to 0 again. Same result if I manually reset
the "MenuShowDelay" value through regedit and then
reboot. Any suggestions?

Yep, you're using NVidia nView? It kept messing with this setting (and
others) for me even when I set them manually.
