Menus - Removing arrows to allow all functions

Could someone let me know how to remove the feature that
adds the arrows at the bottom ofg each menu when you
first click on it.

I'd like to see all functions in a Menu rather than just
my commonly used functions.

I thought that in Classic view if you turned off
personalized menus that it would ficx the problem, but it
doesn't.

Go to the Tools menu, and choose Customize. In that dialog, go to
the Options tab and check the "Always Show Full Menus" item.

Thanks Chip! - I was looking in Tools>Options...I didn't
try the customize menu.
