Menumakr.xls - How to do those buttons?

Hello All,

For those who are aware of John Walkenbachs excellent menumak
spreadsheet.

Does anyone know how to create those "Creat Menu" and "Delete Menu
buttons? They are not normal commandbuttons and I cannot see anythin
in the VB editor as to how they work.

They are just old style (originally from Excel 5) buttons from the Forms
toolbar. I actually prefer the Forms toolbar controls for on sheet use.
