Menubar and toolbar vanished in Windows Explorer

Everytime I open up Windows Explorer now, the menubar and titlebar are
gone. The only time I see them is if I start from "My Computer" and
traverse down from there?
How can I get it back?

Try playing around with My Computer->Tools->Folder Options->View but
no luck.
Help!
