Menu Strip RenderMode

Hello,

Could anyone explain to me what the Menu Strip RenderMode options do in
Microsoft Visual C# 2005 Express Edition Beta. I can see that they
change the style of the menu, but some of them don't change anything at
all. My main problem is just getting the menu to look like a Windows XP
menu should - to see what I mean take a look at the Windows Calculator.

Problems include:

Getting the menu items to highlight right to the edge of my windows form

Getting the right mix between the new Windows XP look which uses

gradients in the menus, and the standard XP look
