Menu strip colour changing

Hello everybody,
For the first time I’m going to use menu strip control on my Windows
Form. The colour of this menu strip changes from system grey to
white (at the right end). Is it possible to avoid this, I mean have
this menu strip system grey all the way?

Set RenderMode property to System.

Thanks Josip, I'd tried this, but it becomes even worse, the whole
thing is white in this case, but I want it grey. That's why I'm
confused
