Menu Item not showing

I created a main menu and added some items. However, when I run it (or even dont have the menuItem1 clicked) I cannot see the menu list. I cannot figure out what I need to do to have it show. If any suggestions I would be very appreciate

Did you assign your main menu as the menu of the form

if not check the property of the FORM and add it
