menu delay

i want to return the execution delay times in my start
menu to normal. the factory preset seems to have modified
the settings so as to engage the menu without my clicking
on an option (programs\settings etc...)

You can use TweakUI to configure the menu delay:

Inside TweakUI, you'll find the setting at the Mouse node.
