menu customization

i hav vista business, was wondering how i could do the menu customization..
the prob is when i open any menu on the webpage or for ex, the right click
menu, the menu opens from the left lide of the mouse pointer instead of the
right side of the mouse pointer.. can somebody help me?

Open your Control Panel and click on the Table PC Settings
icon and make your desired change.
