menu bars and standard toolbar missing

Hi.

I have a user who somehow lost all of her menu bars and
her standard toolbar. The really strange thing is, when
she right-clicks near the top, the standard toolbar isn't
even listed among the other toolbars. The keyboard
commands don't work either.

Please advise.

close excel
windows start button|search(or Find)

Look for *.xlb in hidden folders and for hidden files.

Rename all the ones you find to *.xlbOLD.

Restart excel to test it out.

If it worked ok, delete those *.xlbOLD files.
