HI :can anybody tell me why i see 504mb memory in system insted off 512Mb ?
op is winxp pro.

Is your memory recognized in the bios?
Does your motherboard support this amount of memory?

There is a good possiblity that 8MB is being utilized by
intregrated graphics on your motherboard.
