My computer keeps saying not enough memory delete some programs and as fast
as I delete programs it fills back up and the same message comes on is there
anyway I can look at all the files the programs to see how much space they
are taking up?? Why as I eliminate programs doe it fill back up I run clean
up every time that it says this and I cannot run defrag because of lack of
space.

Please do not refer to disk space as memory. Memory means the RAM that is
installed on the motherboard and the space in the pagefile.

It seems that your system disk is almost full. Unless you have cleared the
recycle bin, you have not freed any space on the disk. If you run the disk
clean facility every time, it should clear the recycle bin, thus there must
be something else going on.

Perhaps you should check for malware. Various forms of this can cause your
problem.
Perhaps you really need a bigger drive. Not being able to defragment your
drive is a clear indication of inadequate size of the drive.

1. How are you "deleting" or "eliminating" programs? Are you
uninstalling them via Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs?

2. Double-click on My Computer and have a look at Local Disk (probably
Drive C:). What is the total size? And how much free space is there? It
sounds like your percentage of free space (note that this is *not* the
same thing as "memory"!) is far too low. In addition to uninstalling
programs you no longer use, you will more than likely need to delete
significant chunks of data (audio/video files, office documents, etc.).
Of course you will want to copy this data first to an external source
(e.g., CDs, DVDs, or an external hard drive).

3. Have a look at the following Web site to make sure your PC is free of
malware (viruses, spyware, etc.) and is running optimally (the time to
defragment your hard drive is after deleting data):
