Occasionally while i'm shuttin down my XP Pro machine I get a memory parity
error. I know this is a bad thing but to try to figure out the cause I was
wondering if it could be caused by video memory as well as main memory. I
have 320 MB RAM and a Geforce mx/400 w/ 64 VRAM. Any Ideas? TIA

It would not be the video memory causing that error.

Download one of these free memory testing utilities and run it to
check out the RAM.

Good luck
