It might be better to tell us what your goal is. ie "Make programs load
faster," or "Make screen-redraws happen faster between windows."
In the meantime, the best freeware memory optimization tool I've come
across is actually not a "tool" but a series of guides available
directly from The Beast of Redmond(tm).
