Memory hog nSvcIp.exe

If I leave my computer on fort a coupole of days it all but freezes it is so
slow. Only programs open are outlook and Mozilla. But when I go into Task
Manager it shows nSvcIp.exe hogging memory like crazy. I have xp home, what
can I do?
