Memory errors windows 2000 server SP 4

Recieving errors:

Application error

The instruction at "0x74c98510 referenced memory
0x7c98510. The memory could not be read.
Click to terminate or cancel to debug.

Seems more frequent with an antivirus prog that was not a
problems before. Also, reinstalled virus app. No change.
Also get error less frequently on other apps.

Yeah, I'm seeing the same thing in spite of SP-4 install,
which is what knowledge base says should be the fix
(267858).
