Hi, i need help with this message when open a fiel *.jpg in a Paint application

There is not enough memory or resources to complete operation. Close some programs, and then try again.

How much memory to you have? Check what other
programs are running. Has this happed before? Do
a groups.google search for this message and see if
someone has a solution.
