memory.dmp on BSOD is not created

I want to have memory.dmp file is created on BSOD.
- pagefile.sys is set to C:\ ( It's size is larger than physical memory
size)
- complete memory dump is selected and pass is set to C:\memory.dmp
- There is free space on C:\ partition for complete memory.dmp file.
- C:\ partition is not write protected.

I have the sequence to force the BSOD on my system. On the bottom of BSOD
screen I can see the memory dump creation progress.
Then I boot the system, but there is no memory.dmp at all.
What is the problem?

Oh, yeah.. I forgot to mention the "Save Dump" component. :)

Btw, it may also be a good idea to check Event View System log after reboot from BSOD where the system is supposed to indicated
that savedump saved the mini dump.

Also, at run time verify the content of the [HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl] key.
