Memory DMP file

A couple of weeks ago I had a blue screen, memory dump
and reboot. Today I was looking for something in C
Windows file and found Memory DMP file with 523,342 KB's
Can this dump file be deleted? Safely
 
If you feel that its not a major problem that will persist

Its just a log file.
 
I don't think that it is. My wife had downloaded some
drivers that caused it. I had to do a system restore.
