Memory Couldn't be written

The instruction at "0x77fc9906" referenced memory
at "0X7c414c" the memory couldn't be written.
 
Hello,

You are not explaining when this happens.
In general, this is a problem with the application itself. Have you tried to
update to the latest version of the application?
