Memory could Not be written - Design This Page in Sharepoint

Recently I began receiving "The instruction at "0x30cb0c06" referenced
memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written" when I try to
design a page in Windows Sharepoint Services or SharePoint Portal 2003. I
have disabled all the add-ins in IE 6.0 which did not eliminate this error.
I have XP w/SP2 and IE 6.0.2900.2180. Any ideas on how to fix would be
greatly appreciated.

Same problem here... Can't help with the reason, just if more people
have it someone somewhere must have found a fix. Can I assume it was a
recent Microsoft Update that caused the fault.
