memory could not be read

i get a message about "memory could not be read" when i
burn a cd. I dont know quite how to resolve this issue.
 
Try the website of your CD software and see if they have any support options available to you.
 
This error message means that the application is attempting to access memory
illegally. Without more information, your best bet is to contact the vendor
of the CD burning application that you're using. It's most likely that
there's a bug in their software that they must fix.
