Steve

This is driving me nuts. All of a sudden, I started
getting errors when accessing MS Office 2000 premium
applications. Even Photo Editor. The error I get is:
The instruction at 0x6061fdc3 referenced memory at
0x000000000. The memory could not be read.

I'm on win2kServer
sp 3
1GB RAM
483MB free on "c"

Office 2000 premium sr-1 sp3 applied. I have a total of
1700MB set for virtual memory, with 200 - 300MB virtual
assigned to "c."

I've uninstalled office, reinstalled, repaired, upgraded,
applied the patch, and the update...same problem. Any
ideas?

I don't know the answer, but 1GB is a lot of RAM. Not only that, it's more
than the free on C. Could that be a problem for the swapping ?

Can you cut down the RAM ?

Sure, just take some of it out.
Or, are you speaking of Virtual Memory...
Virtual Memory is usually between Ram+32 meg and 4092 meg as upper limit.
